Note: To install Flappy Bird, you will need a device on iOS 4-10 that is jailbroken.

On your jailbroken iOS 4-10 device, open Cydia. Then add the Repo cydia.akemi.ai. When you have the Repo added, you want to search for a tweak titled "AppSync unified." If you are on iOS 4 install App Sync Unified for iOS 4.
Once the tweak has been installed, you will want to go to the Momentum Dev iOS 6 IPA List. Then scroll until you see Flappy Bird. Then click on it to download the app.
Then you can play Flappy Bird just as it was in 2014. :)
